We operate what we believe is a very fair and transparent pricing policy. The rates and prices below apply to Meopham and surrounding villages.   


Hourly Rates   

Mon – Fri between 08:00 – 17:00 £30.00 per hour or part of  


Callout   

Mon – Sat between 08:00 – 17:00 £40.00 callout fee (inc first hour on-site),  

 £30 per hour thereafter  


All other times (bank holidays, Sunday) To be agreed at time of call   


Notes:  

1) The travelling time to and from site will be charged at the hourly rate above.

2) The time to carry out off site work i.e. certificates, local authority submission will be charged at the hourly rate above.

3) Materials used will be charged extra in addition to the hourly rate.

4) The time to collect any materials supplied by us will be charged at the hourly rate above.

 

Guide Prices

The guide prices below are for a single item per visit, multiple items carried out at the same time attract a discount. The prices have been based on the estimated hours to carryout the task including materials.


We are confident that these prices are very competitive but if you are offered a better price feel free to contact us as there may be a valid reason for a reduction.

Notes    

1) Certain types of work must be notified to building control, this notification has been included in the price.   

2) A special location is anywhere where moisture or water could be present i.e. kitchen, bathroom, garden, room with bath or shower etc
